Step #1 - Watch our online seminar featuring Jim Lynch, MD, SCH's General Surgeon and Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Director, to learn more about the program.

Step #2 - Schedule your initial consultation. Use the link below to request an appointment online or give us a call at 606.783.7660. Consultations will be held on the 3rd floor of the St. Claire Medical Pavilion in Morehead, KY.

Step #3 - Attend a mandatory nutrition class. Classes are taught by registered dietitians and MUST be completed before your surgery can be scheduled.
