Achieve Your Weight Loss Goals With Help From the Weight Loss Center at St. Claire HealthCare

Losing weight is one of the hardest things physicians ask patients to do. After many attempts, most are unsuccessful with losing weight on their own, struggling their entire lives to lose the same 40 or 50 pounds. Others successfully lose the weight, but just can’t keep it off.

The Weight Loss Center at St. Claire HealthCare is here to help you achieve sustained weight loss. We offer both medical weight loss and surgical weight loss (bariatric surgery) options to help you change your life and improve your overall health.

  • Surgical Weight Loss (Bariatric Surgery)
  • Medical Weight Loss (Nonsurgical Option)

Is medically-supervised weight loss right for you?

While many can maintain a healthy weight through diet and exercise, that isn't true for everyone. If you are struggling to lose weight and meet the criteria below, we encourage you to take the first step on your weight loss journey by scheduling an evaluation with St. Claire's weight loss team.

Medical weight loss is recommended for adults 18 and older who meet one of the criteria listed below.

  • I have a body mass index (BMI) of 30 or more
  • I have a body bass index (BMI) of 27 or more and have obesity-related health concerns such as high blood pressure or diabetes.

Not sure what your BMI is? Try our BMI Calculator.

Take the first step.

Schedule an evaluation with our weight loss team. We will talk with you in detail about your health history and your personalized weight loss goals, and then recommend a personalized plan for your weight loss journey.

During your visit, you can expect to receive a physical exam, laboratory work-up, and a body composition evaluation that analyzes your body's breakdown of fat, muscle, and other elements.
