St. Claire HealthCare’s Orthopedic & Sports Medicine team is made up orthopedic surgeons, physician assistants, sports medicine specialists, and physical therapists who all work together to provide you with a comprehensive care plan, customized for your personal recovery goals.

Orthopedic Surgeons

Our board-certified orthopedists specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of injuries and conditions that affect your bones, joints, ligaments, tendons, and more. They are also surgeons who are highly-skilled in minimally invasive orthopedic surgical procedures as well as total joint replacements.

Orthopedic Physician Assistant

Our team includes physician assistants (PAs) who work closely with our orthopedic surgeons and are actively involved in patient evaluation and nonsurgical treatment.

Sports Medicine Specialists

Sports medicine specialists are healthcare professionals who are specially trained to not only treat sports-related injuries, but also help athletes and active individuals improve performance and prevent injuries before they happen.

Physical Therapists

Our highly-trained, licensed physical therapists collaborate with your orthopedic or sports medicine specialist to design a treatment plan for your condition and work closely with you throughout your rehab experience.

Inpatient Rehabilitation Specialists

Some orthopedic conditions, such as hip fractures, may require a combination of intensive physical and occupational therapies during the healing process. In those situations, your physician may recommend inpatient rehabilitation where you are under the care of a team of medical and rehabilitation experts who will custom a rehabilitation program to get you back home or to the next level of care as quickly as possible.
