Now offering Orthopedics Walk-In Care at UK St. Claire

Starting June 1, patients with recent acute injuries can receive same-day orthopedic care Monday through Friday from 8–10 a.m. at the UK St. Claire Orthopedics Clinic.

We can evaluate:

  • Sprains and strains
  • Suspected fractures (without open wounds)
  • Tendon or ligament injuries
  • Sudden joint pain or swelling

Patients may call ahead for a same-day appointment or walk in during clinic hours.

After-Hours/Emergency Care

For after-hours care for an injury, visit one of UK St. Claire’s two Urgent Care Centers located at 431 Hampton Way (just off Exit 137 on I-64) or 1028 US 60 East in Morehead. On site x-ray is available at both locations.

Emergency orthopedic care is available at the St. Claire Regional Medical Center emergency room 24/7.
