Spence Takes on New Role as Clinic Manager at St. Claire HealthCare

St. Claire HealthCare (SCH) is pleased to announce that McKenna Spence has been named clinic manager of Aesthetics, orthopaedics, Pre-Admission Testing, and Urology.

As clinic manager, Spence will be accountable for the quality performance of the clinics including strategic planning, budget development, productivity, and quality improvement, with clinical oversight of the Administrative Director, Ambulatory Nursing Practices. She will provide and maintain effective communication with medical staff, community leaders and organizations, and all levels of management and employees.

“I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve our patients and staff in a new and meaningful way as clinic manager,” said Spence. “In a lot of ways, I have grown up at SCH and over the last 8 years, I have watched our organization grow significantly.”

Spence has been with SCH since 2014 where she has held positions such as Unit Secretary, Patient Services Coordinator, and Director of Clinical Support Services. She earned her Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University in 2020.
