McCoy Announced as St. Claire HealthCare’s New Patient Services Coordinator

St. Claire HealthCare is pleased to announce the promotion of Madison McCoy to Patient Services Coordinator.

“I have been with St. Claire HealthCare since I turned 18,” McCoy said. “It has been home and I’m so thankful to grow with the organization. It’s an honor to work with such amazing people to fulfill our mission and serve the people of Eastern Kentucky.”

McCoy, a native of Olive Hill, Kentucky, has held multiple positions within the St. Claire HealthCare organization throughout her tenure. Most recently, she served as the Patient Experience Liaison. She is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business management in order to further her professional development.

In her new role, McCoy will provide leadership and operational oversight to the patient services support and central transport departments. She will work with nursing leaders to ensure the nursing units are optimally staffed through predictive scheduling and resource distribution, and ensure maximum performance, quality, efficiency, and safety.
