Burrell Announced as New Patient Care Experience Liaison for St. Claire HealthCare

St. Claire HealthCare is pleased to introduce Ariah Burrell as the health system’s new Patient Care Experience Liaison.

“I am excited to start my new role as the Patient Care Experience Liaison with a great team behind me,” Burrell said. “My hope is that I continue to grow within this organization and serve our community well.”

In her new role, Burrell will serve as an advocate and liaison between patients and families and St. Claire’s administration, staff, and physicians. The liaison manages and facilitates resolutions of concerns and grievances in order to remain compliant with pertinent regulatory agencies and works with departments on patient experience improvements.

“I enjoy working at St. Claire HealthCare. Our strong focus on employee development gives me the opportunity to grow and learn within my area of expertise,” Burrell added. “Throughout my time here, I have sharpened my skill sets in multiple areas and have grown in overall professionalism, leadership, accountability, and communication effectiveness.”

Burrell, originally from Flemingsburg, Kentucky, graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Health Promotion and a minor in public relations and event planning from Morehead State University. She also recently completed her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from the University of the Cumberlands and is awaiting her Licensed Professional Counselor Associate Certification.
