New Location for St. Claire HealthCare Medical Records Office

The St. Claire HealthCare Health Information Management (Medical Records) office will be relocated to the first floor of the former Morehead Medical Specialist building in front of St. Claire Regional Medical Center. The new location will be open for patients beginning tomorrow, April 29, at 8 AM.

“This new location will provide ease of access for our patients and decrease the amount of foot traffic through the hospital,” said Charlotte Walker, SCH Manager, Health Information Management. “This move will allow patients the opportunity to reach our team and access their important documents conveniently Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.”

Printed copies of your medical records, as well as diagnostic images (x-rays, CT scans, MRIs, etc.), can be requested in person by visiting the Medical Records office. You can also request records by calling 606.783.6570.
