Aaron “Parker” Banks, DO, Now Seeing Patients at St. Claire HealthCare’s Owingsville Primary Care Clinic

St. Claire HealthCare (SCH) is excited to announce, Aaron “Parker” Banks, DO, has joined the staff at its primary care clinic in Owingsville.

“I’m excited for the opportunity to expand my practice into Bath County,” said Dr. Banks. “I’m looking forward to building strong relationships within the community and providing the level of consistent medical care our patients deserve.”

A native of West Liberty, Dr. Banks earned his medical degree from the Pikeville College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency through St. Claire’s Family Medicine Residency Program in Sandy Hook. He joined St. Claire HealthCare’s medical staff in 2016, and has been caring for patients at SCH’s primary care clinic in Sandy Hook. Dr. Banks will be sharing his time between SCH’s Owingsville and Sandy Hook locations.

Dr. Banks joins Teri Roberts, APRN, at the Owingsville clinic. Roberts also joined SCH in 2016 with more than 15 years of experience as an advance practice provider. A native of Iowa, Roberts earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on family practice at South Dakota State University.

St. Claire’s primary clinics provide care for the entire family, from newborns and teens to parents and grandparents with same day or next day appointments available, Monday – Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

St. Claire is making it even easier to get an appointment by introducing self-scheduling for basic primary care appointments through the MyHealth patient portal. If you don’t have a portal account yet, simply complete the enrollment request at www.st-claire.org/enroll, then check your email for further instructions. Other features of the patient portal include the ability to view lab results and reports, view your visit history, request prescription refills, message your healthcare team, and more!
