UK HealthCare MyChart is now available for all UK St. Claire patients.
You can use UK HealthCare MyChart to access your information from UK St. Claire, UK King’s Daughters and UK HealthCare.
MyChart makes it easier to:

- Message your care team with questions
- View test results and visit details sooner
- Manage your medication
- Manage your care anytime from your phone or computer
MyChart replaces our previous patient portal, MHealth.
