From newborns and teens to parents and grandparents, UK St. Claire’s primary care doctors will partner with you to manage your healthcare needs. Whether you need an annual checkup, a vaccine, or comprehensive care for a chronic illness like high blood pressure or diabetes, we’re here for you. Our team includes more than 30 doctors and advance practice providers who would be happy to care for you.

Well-Visits

• Annual check-ups and immunizations
• General gynecological screenings such as breast exams and Pap smears
• Newborn and well-child visits
• School, sports, work, and CDL physicals

Chronic Care

• Care for chronic health conditions
• Coordination with specialists you may need to see such as a cardiologist or pulmonologist

After-Hours Care

If you have an urgent medical problem after hours, call 606.783.6500 or 800.264.0616 and ask to speak to the primary care provider on call. If your condition requires immediate attention, call 911 or seek appropriate emergency care.
