UK St. Claire's Home Health team offers compassionate care in an environment where you are most comfortable: your own home. We will work with you and your primary care doctor to develop a personalized treatment program to meet your individual goals.
We serve Bath, Carter, Elliott, Fleming, Lewis, Menifee, Montgomery, and Rowan Counties.
*A referral from your primary care provider is required for all HomeCare services.

Home Infusion Therapy
Home infusion therapy is the "out-of-hospital" management of diseases or disorders that require intravenous (IV) administration of therapeutic agents. St. Claire HomeCare's home IV therapy service, infusion solutions, utilizes state-of-the-art pharmacies to provide a higher degree of quality control, quicker service, and more individualized planning.
