Appointment Types

UK St. Claire offers the care you need, how you need it. Please choose the appointment option below that best fits your healthcare needs.

In-Person Visit

In-person visits are available at primary care locations in Frenchburg, Morehead, Olive Hill, Owingsville, and Sandy Hook, with our specialty care physicians located in the St. Claire Medical Pavilion in Morehead, as well as the St. Claire Counseling Center.

Virtual Visit

Virtual visits offer you a secure way to connect with your healthcare provider for routine appointments and follow-ups from the safety of your home through a smartphone, tablet, or computer. Primary care, specialty care, and counseling appointments are all available as virtual visits. UK St. Claire utilizes Zoom for virtual visits.

Curbside Visit

Virtual curbside visits are available for patients who have difficulty accessing or using technology. Curbside visits take place in the parking area next to the St. Claire Medical Pavilion and allow you to have an appointment with a primary care provider, specialty physician, or counselor from any of our locations.

Simply arrive for your scheduled appointment, park in a “curbside visit” reserved spot, and call the phone number provided. A staff member will provide an iPad that securely connects you with your physician. Patients that have their own device also have the option to connect to the Medical Pavilion’s “guest” Wi-Fi. Curbside visits are also available by special request at our primary care clinics in Frenchburg, Olive Hill, Owingsville, and Sandy Hook.
