About
Oliver Thomas Newcomb, IV, MD, a resident of Rowan County, joined UK St. Claire’s medical staff in 2017. A specialist in urology, he received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky and went on to earn his medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine where he also completed his residency. He currently serves as a member of the SCH Board of Directors and previously served as the Chair of the Department of Surgery in SCH’s medical staff leadership.
