Dr. Vance serves as Medical Director of Infectious Disease at UK St. Claire Hospital, where he leads efforts in infection prevention, antimicrobial stewardship, and comprehensive infectious disease care. Trained in Infectious Disease and Internal Medicine, Dr. Vance specializes in the treatment of C. difficile, tuberculosis, and tropical infectious diseases. With a strong background in pharmacology and clinical problem-solving, he is dedicated to improving outcomes through evidence-based care for patients across Eastern Kentucky.
