Jennifer L. Hardin, PA-C

Jennifer served as a Clinical Dietitian at SCH from 1989-1996. In 1996, she left SCH to further her education in PA studies at the University of Kentucky becoming a part of the inaugural class located at the MSU campus.

After graduation, Jennifer worked in cardiology for the first 4 years before finding her passion in caring for the geriatric population in the long-term care environment. She spent 18 years in the long-term care community in the Lexington area caring for the geriatric population.

Jennifer returned to SCH in 2016 to work with the SCH Palliative Home Program and within the long-term care community providing care.

She now serves as the Director, HomeCare Services overseeing the operations of the Home Health, Palliative Care, and Hospice Programs.
