Vascular Lab

VEIN THERAPY VASCULAR Lab TREATMENTS

St. Claire HealthCare's Vascular Lab is accredited by the Intersocietal Accreditation Commission®.

Accreditation attests to a vascular laboratory following certain recognized standards of testing, reporting, and accuracy. The equipment in our vascular lab allows us to conduct non-invasive imaging of almost any artery or vein in the body. Not only can they be seen, but the blood flow through them can be measured and heard.

Types of Vascular Tests

Here's a list of common vascular tests we perform in the Vascular Surgery Clinic.

Angiogram

An angiogram is an X-ray procedure considered the gold standard for evaluating blockages in the arterial system. It can be both diagnostic and therapeutic. Learn more.

Ankle-Brachial Index (ABI) Test

ABI is a non-invasive test that uses inflatable cuffs to gauge circulation (blood flow) and measure blood pressure in the arteries at various locations on the thigh, calf, foot and toes. Learn more.

Carotid Duplex

This painless, noninvasive test is used to see and measure the rate at which blood flows through your carotid arteries and look for possible blockages. Learn more.

Computed Tomography Angiography (CTA) and Magnetic Resonance Angiography (MRA)

CTA and MRA tests are non-invasive, advanced imaging studies that provide detailed information about the blood vessels within our bodies and their anatomic relationships with other organs. Learn more.

Duplex Ultrasound

Duplex ultrasound is a non-invasive evaluation of blood flow through your arteries and veins. Learn more.
