About Selena

I am a proud osteopathic family physician who was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. Unlike many physicians, I did not grow up thinking that I wanted to become a doctor.

My 12 years as a medic in the U.S. Army was what motivated me to pursue a career in healthcare. It was also during my time as a medic that I was first exposed to osteopathic medicine which interested me because of the focus on the full person; mind, body and spirit.

From the moment I walked through the doors of St. Claire, I knew I was home. I had an amazing experience during my residency, so it was an easy decision to start my medical practice here and continue to serve the medical needs of this community.

I enjoy spending time with my husband, Jayd, and two children, Hayden and Hadley. In my spare time, I enjoy gardening, hiking and scuba diving.
