Description:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, advertising, or related field preferred. Healthcare content writing experience preferred.

Experience: One (1) year experience directly related to specified duties/responsibilities required. Active and well-rounded knowledge of social media applications with a command of each network and their best practices. Proficiency preferred in social media management and tracking tools. Experience and skills must include Adobe Creative Suite proficiency and demand generation marketing, inbound marketing, and blogging.

Licensure/Certifications:

Other: Strong oral and written communication skills with ability to manage multiple projects under pressure required. A service-oriented, team player with excellent organizational skills. Must possess ability to provide clear, concise communications, strong writing/editing skills with good grammar, spelling and punctuation. Excellent social marketing planning and analysis skills required. Strong creativity, imagination, enthusiasm and customer-service focus are desired.

Position Summary:

Build and manage the company’s social media presence, content and calendar for Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and potential additional channels. Create shareable health content and messages appropriate for specific networks to convey SCH’s brand, mission and strategic initiatives through social engagement with SCH’s stakeholders.
