Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, public relations, journalism, advertising, or related field required. Video skills a plus
Experience: Three to five years of demonstrated creative graphic design and writing/communication success required. Previous coordinator/management experience needed.
Other: Excellent marketing, organization and communication skills. Accountable, adaptable, flexible, creative, dependable, responsible, and able to perform well within multi-functional environments. Ability to plan and implement multi-department or facility-wide initiatives. Polished presentation and interpersonal skills. Must have extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite tools and ability to produce creative and effective graphic designs and communications. Ability to work effectively in both a team environment as well as being self-motivated when working independently. The ability to manage multiple and varied assignments and deadlines while maintaining a high degree of work quality and accuracy is essential. Comprehensive knowledge social media business platforms and website maintenance applications.
The Coordinator of Graphics and Communications is a participating member of the SCH marketing team and works closely with the Director, Marketing & PR. This role maintains functional responsibility of planning and coordinating Marketing and Public Relations related initiatives for the organization. This position is primarily accountable for the management and content of SCH’s social media platforms and website overview and content. The Coordinator, Graphics & Communications is responsible for preparing article information, editing, and creative design for SCH internal and external publications and communications as requested.
