St. Claire Regional is offering free health screenings, as a part of their Healthy Living Series, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 3rd, at the SCR Family Medical Supply store.

Free general health screenings will include blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose, pulse rate & oxygen. In addition, certified sleep lab staff will be conducting EPWORTH sleepiness screening and will provide BiPAP and CPAP mask fittings. Cardiac Rehabilitation will conduct body fat measurements and discuss exercise programs. The HMR® Weight loss program will be available to discuss the plan, provide free samples and recipes. Smoking cessation education will also be provided by the Gateway Health Department.
