October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. One of the best defenses against breast cancer is a yearly mammogram screening and to recognize this St. Claire Regional is offering FREE breast cancer screenings to women age 35 and older. Attendees will also be eligible to receive FREE a bone density screening. The free screening day will be held at the St. Claire Regional Outpatient Center on Saturday, November 7th from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. All screenings are by appointment only and appointments are limited. To schedule a screening mammogram, call SCR Diagnostic Imaging¬¬¬ - patients who schedule screenings during the month of October will be entered to win one of two give-a-way baskets. The date scheduled for the screening mammogram does not need to be in the month of October to be entered in the giveaway.
