• Three letters of recommendation from pharmacists or faculty who have supervised the applicant (include phone numbers) • One Passport size photograph • Formal letter regarding applicant’s professional objectives and reason(s) to enter St. Claire’s Pharmacy Practice Residency program. • Interviews: Interviews are scheduled by invitation between February 1st and February 28. During this visit an applicant is given a tour of the facility and chance to meet with several members of the pharmacy and medical staff.
